At ERI Refrigeration we can provide a full technical service package. Over the past few years we have fulfilled the needs of many pub operators to provide specialist services not offered to them by the brewery TTS departments.
From specialist remote units capable of serving long python runs, to glycol cooling systems able to dispense beer at 2 deg C or custom made taps; ERI can provide solutions to all your needs.
Brewery technical services can be inflexible and reluctant to offer tailor made packages and that's where ERI can step in. You are only limited by your imagination in what can be achieved in drinks dispense and ERI have the experience and contacts to provide you with the system you want.
From specialist beer cleaning systems to fully controlled electronic taps which utilising the latest US dispense technology make it possible to pour super fast beer, with full portion and stock control. The system uses a combination of microprocessor controlled dispense head, flow meter control and PC reporting software (full details enclosed). In practice it allows an exact pint to be dispensed in super fast time. The barman can use the system with one hand with the press of a button. Depending on the speed of pour it can be set-up to allow an operator to leave the glass unattended and complete other areas of the order. In addition the 5 programmable buttons allow a wide range of portion sizes to be dispensed. For example a Guinness can be programmed to dispense 2/3rds of a pint with another button completing the pour. Lager tops, snakebites, and other beer/spirit combinations can also be pre-programmed along with pitchers and other ad-hoc measures.
