Refrigeration service

The Service Centre is the "hub" of ERI. Whatever service you require starts with a call logged on our system. The automated phone system quickly directs you to the correct department and once connected our fully computerised call centre takes over. Utilising a computer controlled system we can log, track and co-ordinate our team of over 20 engineers. We are able to provide "real time" feedback on the state of your call.

At present we look after contracts on the pub retailing side for JD Wetherspoons, Yates, Mitchells and Butlers, Young's and provide services for a host of other clients including catering suppliers and mechanical services contractors. We maintain close contact with the engineers and clear down each job "live". In addition we have a fully computer-maintained stocking agreement with a national wholesaler ensuring "Full Stock Levels" are maintained.

We operate in three major regions. The Midlands, East Anglia and London and Home Counties. Alongside the service department we run a maintenance division. This department specialises in preventative maintenance works offering a full package of associated services from minor works i.e. condenser cleans to fully integrated PPM contracts.

The word service means a lot to us at ERI Refrigeration, it is not just a tag to describe the works we carry out. We have been working with many of our current clients for over 10 years, which we believe in this day and age is testimony to the service we offer and the competitive packages we can provide.
